How to Cancel an Order
Our orders are shipped within 3 business days. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been shipped yet, we will gladly assist you in canceling it.
Do You Make Custom Orders?
Unfortunately, we do not accept custom orders at this time. However, if you need an adjustment to an existing item on our website, please contact us by email and we will do our best to help you.
Placing an Order as a Gift
All our jewelry comes in beautiful packaging, perfect for gifting. We do not include a paper receipt in the package; instead, we send it directly to the buyer's email for safekeeping. If you would like to include a special message with your order, please let us know when placing your order and we will be happy to accommodate your request.
Shipping
Do You Offer Overseas Shipping?
We currently ship throughout the United States, but we are actively working on international delivery. As soon as we’re ready, we will definitely let you know.
Delivery Times
Delivery times will vary based on your location. Generally, orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days, with additional time for transit depending on your delivery address.
How to Track My Order?
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. This will allow you to track your shipment and view the estimated delivery date. You can also log in to your account to find your order and tracking number information.
If you haven't received an email with your tracking number within 3 business days, please check your spam folder. If you still can't find it, contact us.
Return and Exchange
Return and Exchange Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please contact us right away so that we can correct any mistakes free of charge. We accept items for exchange or credit within 15 days of receipt. Items must be returned in new and resalable condition. Exchanges and returns will be subject to shipping charges. Once your return is processed, you will receive a credit confirmation by email. We cannot refund shipping charges on returned items.

Materials and Care
What Materials Do You Use?
For our jewelry, we choose stainless steel findings. For the crystal surface pieces, we use epoxy resin and UV resin. You can read more about the materials here.
Is Epoxy Resin Harmless
Yes, the epoxy resin we use for jewelry is absolutely harmless after the polymerization process. It does not cause allergies or other negative effects. Our epoxy resin is specially formulated for safety and durability, making it a reliable choice for everyday wear.
